Mi Band Tools Support

1) If you're having trouble loading the Google Play Store or downloading Mi Band Tools application, first please try to click install from your PC on this link:

2) In case it does not help, please follow this guide to resolve your issue:

3) In case you still have trouble updating to the latest version of Mi Band Tools, it might caused by an error in latest version of Google Play application, please do following:

• Use the "Update All" button and wait until all applications (including Mi Band Tools) gets updated - if it does not help, continue with the steps below
• Terminate the Mi Band Tools process (go to your Android Settings - Apps - Downloaded - find Mi Band Tools - select Force Stop)
• After force stopping the Mi Band Tools process, go to Google Play and press "Update"
